RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your RUDAS online purchase,  you may send it back to us for an exchange or refund.

  • You must email info@rudasny.com prior to sending the return.
  • All merchandise returned must be unworn, unwashed, with the price tags intact. 
  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original ship date, and the customer will incur return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges/Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges/credits are processed.
  • We reserve the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  • Email info@rudasny.com to get a RA number.
  • Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package if possible.
  • Please note the nature of the return or exchange on the invoice - wrong size, just don’t like it, etc. 

Returns will be credited to the original credit card account.
